Production & Shipping Process

Skilled artisans carefully tailor all garments and then send them to our Virginia facility for inspection, labeling, and domestic dispatch within the United States.

This ensures a tax-free and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers.

Customs & Duties

Express orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL from our production facility outside the United States. Please note that VAT, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer in accordance with local regulations. Failure to pay these charges or refusal of delivery may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of without refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We value your satisfaction and stand behind our craftsmanship. Please review our return terms carefully:

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without contacting our support team will not be accepted.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your garment arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a full refund or replacement after inspection.
  • Sizing Issues: If your made-to-order garment matches the size ordered but doesn’t fit properly, you may reorder the same item at 50% off. Refunds are not available in such cases.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the event of a defect.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
